I'm not really sure how it works, but due to the rotation of the earth, different time zones, the international date line and the direction of the aircraft, the 27th of January 2006 does not exist for us. Or rather, we do not exist on the 27th...

We boarded the airplane on the night of the 26th, and we'll arrive in New Zealand about 12 hours later, in the morning of the 28th...

I'm sure Schrödinger's cat and Heisenberg's uncertainty principle have something to do with this, or maybe it's set up by the same guys that staged the landing on the moon, I don't know. But it's just not right, and utterly confusing.
